I'm Michael - a hospitality and event operations professional with over 15 years at the sharp end of high-volume, high-profile events. From leading operations at ExCeL London and The Open to founding The Daily Grind, my focus has always been simple: deliver smart systems, seamless experiences, and resilient teams.
These days, I split my time between consultancy work - helping organisations optimise hospitality strategy and execution - and hands on roles that challenge me to lead from the front when the opportunity is right.
